    Driving Lessons in Florida

    What We Will Cover

    Advanced Vehicle Knowledge

    You will learn the car’s basic functionalities, such as accelerating, braking, steering, parking, reversing and changing lanes appropriately. You will also learn the correct way to adjust the mirrors, the right way to use the handbrake and some advanced techniques such as parallel parking, uphill driving and traffic merging. We will also teach you how to save gas!

    Highway Code

    We will teach you how to decipher the highway code. You will learn how to abide by the current laws and regulations so that you can ensure not only saving money in traffic tickets, but also saving your own life and your loved ones’!

    Defensive Driving

    This refers to the action of driving to save lives, time, and money, in spite of the conditions around you and the actions of others. You may be the most experienced and skillful driver, but this is not the case for everyone. We will teach you how to drive inside the “highway jungle”; some motorists describe defensive driving as “driving as if everyone else on the road was drunk”.

    Road Safety

    Road traffic safety refers to the methods and measures used to prevent road users from being killed or seriously injured. This includes lessons on vehicle safety, mortality rates, regulations of road users and statistics. Traffic safety has been studied as a science for more than 75 years!

    Drivers Theory Examination

    Depending on the package you choose, we will be able to teach you all the tips and tricks to seamlessly pass your driving test, which translates on a lifetime of safe driving. All our driving lessons packages above 1 day include an appointment at the DMV and the usage of one of our cars to take the driving test.

    Driving Test Certification

    Since we are a reputable and certified driving school, we have the ability to provide lessons certificates. Some insurance companies will take these as a proof that you are a safe driver and may reduce your monthly payments! Please note that this depends on your provider; we only provide certificates to students who take 5 or more days of instruction.

    How much does it cost?

    Our driving lessons packages start at $100 per lesson. Make sure to save money by choosing our bundled packages.

    This is not only good for your pocket, but also for your future. Taking driving lessons greatly reduces your chances of crashing!

    How long does it take?

    Each driving lesson consists of 50 minutes of hands on driving instruction. Most packages provide two consecutive lessons for a total 1:40h, as we’ve found that this is the ideal time for learning.

    We have found that the ideal number of lessons an individual needs in order to pass the driving test is 10 (5 days). However, some take more and some take less. Remember that driving safe saves you money in the long run.

    Am I guaranteed to pass?

    More than 95% of the students that take lessons of 5 or more days with us pass the test on their first try. We try to make sure you pass by providing the same cars you used in training to take the test. We are experts in dealing with your fears and anxieties!

    What are the hours?

    You choose the hours according to your schedule. However, our instructors only work from 7AM to 7PM, Monday-Saturday.

    What if I don't pass?

    Even though we have excellent pass rates, we’ve had the rare case of students not passing. However, our instructors are able to determine this beforehand and will suggest additional hours at a special rate if needed.

    What happens if I can't make one of the days?

    If you requirethe cancellation of a scheduled appointment, you must do so within a minimum of 24 hours in advance to avoid the forfeit of the lesson.

    What happens if there's an accident?

    As a certified driving school, we must comply with advanced safety standards. We pay for a very generous insurance policy for our students, instructors and vehicles.

    Are your cars safe?

    Our fleet is currently composed by recent model Toyota Prius, Toyota Yaris and Nissan Versa. All the vehicles are dual controlled by the instructor (double brake, double mirror, etc).

    What areas do you cover?

    We cover every corner of Broward, Palm Beach and Orange counties.

    • My SPANISH and ENGLISH speaking drive instructor FABIAN is EXCELLENT EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ! I came in for lessons at 8am only had minutes breaks in between until 2pm FABIAN had no lunch COMMITTED to IMPROVING my driving.     • My experience with A Champion Driving & Traffic School was incredible. Beginning with Tom at the desk he was very patient, calm, understanding and respectful no matter what problem I was having he would try to help to the best of his ability. Fabian was my driving instructor, he was very calm and relaxed which is very important for a new driver to be in a car with someone who makes you feel comfortable. Fabian would also give affirmations which is a huge confidence booster and made sure to give all the tips he possibly could. Needless to say I passed the driving test on the first try I would 10/10 recommend this driving school to anyone! Everyone was very nice and helpful.
